A Fun Weekend Plan

Looking for a fun weekend plan for you and someone you love -- a friend, a child, a sibling, or a significant other? (Or a way to get away from it all on your own?) Look no further than this article! You can modify the plan to your preferences, but these are some basic ideas you can incorporate into your weekend so that you can have as full yet relaxing a time as possible. And, of course, you'll get to go garage saling and maybe find some great secondhand merchandise!

A fun weekend with your special someone.

If you want to start really early -- maybe you and your companion are early risers, or you just want to make the most of the day you spend with them -- you can have a sunrise breakfast. Use a weather website or an almanac to determine when the sun will be up, and then start making the food so that it's timed to be ready as the sun comes up. Then you can enjoy a beautiful nature show while you devour your delicious meal!

Next, hit up some garage sales. You may want to plan the route in advance so that you can hit up the maximum number of sales in the time you have, or you may prefer to wing it and go where your whims take you that day. If you decide to walk, be sure you have enough carrying containers to haul your purchases with you. If you decide to drive, bring along some music you can both enjoy and make the car ride enjoyable as well!

When lunch time rolls around, make sure you've packed a picnic lunch, and find a good place to stop and eat it! You may know of a favorite park or a scenic spot where you can spread out a blanket or sit on a bench and eat your lunch undisturbed.

Once you're done eating, you can go back to garage saling until closing time for the majority of the sales rolls around. To finish out your day, take your purchases home and start a project with something you bought. Don't just toss your new found items aside -- if you plan to restore or refinish something, start it that evening as a fun activity to finish out the day together.

If you want to plan out which garage sales you'll go to, try the listings found on GarageSaleCow.com. They're free and easy to use!

Every weekend, I go to my grandmother's place to meet with my relatives specifically my cousins. Its our bonding time even if we now have different lives. Others are still in school, some are working, some are taking care of my great grandmother who by the way is already 101 years old. Yes that's right, we have a history of longer life spans.

We buy junk foods, cook instant meals and gather around the television to watch horror dvds. We are fond of watching horror, suspense kind of movies but we are all afraid after haha. Our parents would tell us before " Why are you watching those movies if you can't even sleep after?" That's how crazy we are Smile I look forward to next weekend.

Me and my friends are planning to go somewhere (we haven't decided yet) and have the best week of our lives. No obligations, no restrictions, nothing whatsoever to distract us from partying the whole week. We want to get wasted in a place where nobody nows us, it's like were making the Hang Over 4 (since they already finished the 3rd sequel) Smile It's our way of celebrating the graduation of one of our friends and making our circle of friends closer by having fun.

Spend your weekend on a special beach outing with family and friends. It's time to smell fresh air while you feel the cool breeze of the ocean brush against your face. Away from the pollution and the negative energy in our cities. Just pure fun and bonding with your loved ones.

The kids could enjoy swimming the whole day and the adults could build a bonfire at night to share stories and cook fish you caught in the area. Having hotdogs with marshmallows in sticks uhmmmm that makes me hungry right now.

Watching the sunset or sunrise while holding hands with your special someone along the beach is taking it to a higher level of romance. Just a simple scenery could be so romantic if you're together witnessing it. You can tour your girlfriend in your resort while spending the weekend there. Its a perfect moment to get to know each other and introduce her/him to your family and the people that work there.

Unfortunately, we don't have a resort I can bring my girl so I have to improvise a little bit. We went together with our friends to a beach and there, I executed my plan. It sounds too creepy and greeny haha Smile

Me and my boyfriend went to their rest house, in an undisclosed location Smile, and spent the weekend there (obviously) It was no where near the beach, we were surrounded by grasslands, mountains... It felt like we were in a jungle or a television show where you need to find your way home, it was that far... We loved it both since I'm an outgoing person, we jogged in the morning, tried adrenaline rush like hiking and going to the top of the mountain to take pictures and we camped. It was nothing spectacular but we enjoyed each other's company and shared a lot of laughs.

Don't waste time and effort planning those kind of weekend getaways, if you want to get laid, GO get a room. It all ends there anyway. It's not a question if you're getting laid, the question is when. Don't delay the inevitable brother Tong

Hitting on a lot of garage sales is advisable if you're in a group. It's not worth it if your alone. Imagine the long road trips you have to make, nobody to talk to, that would drive you crazy. It's better if you tag along some friends who share the same hobby of going to garage sales. Bring along food you can eat while on the trip and bring extra cash in case anything unexpected happens like you car breaks down so you still have money to take the bus to continue or just head home. Don't forget your camera to record the events and take pictures to have memories to look back to.

You can have a fun weekend with your family having a picnic lunch or you could go to the park and stroll. If you have extra time, you could go try visit a garage sale nearby. It doesn't have to be extravagant and luxurious. All you need is your family and share those special moments together. Even going out to church during Sundays is slowly fading and people nowadays prefer to go to malls instead. We're so preoccupied with earning more money that we forget the important things which is our family, happiness and simplicity.

I always dreamed of going to the Caribbean and having a vacation there. I can imagine myself sun bathing and sipping a very cold juice while their are girls dancing at my side. I want to have a vacation to be free from all the stress that I've been experiencing this past few months. I want a legit vacation where I would not think of anything about my life in the city and just be out there like any other tourist. I kinda like to be a new person in a whole different place where no one would recognize me.

I'm used to spending my weekends with my family while watching our favorite DVD movies. A few movies that we always watch are Armageddon, Shawshank Redemption, Independence day, The Patriot and all those medieval, war, action kind of films. We grab a bowl of our popcorn and make ourselves cozy in our living room. What makes it even better is when it's raining and when the environment is very cold. I love to cover myself with a blanket and have a pillow so I would feel very comfortable and we would turn off the lights so that we would feel like a theater house.

Has anyone watched the movie Bucket list? I admire that movie because it teaches us to follow our dreams because life is too short to waste it living someone else's life. If there's something you want then write it immediately and do everything in your power to fulfill that dream of yours. Make it to a point that you do at least one wish of yours every weekend. I always live by that saying and always assess my day before going to sleep. I ask myself if it were my last day, would I do the things that I have done this day? If I have an NO for an answer then I would change something and steer back to my path to reach my goals.

I love the rush of Zipline adventures. I'm really afraid of heights but I was convinced by my family members to try it and when I actually did, I was surprised that it was fun. While I was in the zipline, I was screaming my lungs out until it felt like it was going to burst. I felt like I was going to die and faint while on the harness. It was funny because my cousin who was almost parallel to my side but he was just smiling.

When we got to the end, I froze and when a picture was taken to show that you conquered your fear, it was very evident that I was really afraid and my face looked like I saw a ghost of something. hahaha Laughing I don't think I can do it, maybe if I'm given a million dollars I'll think about it :p
